- There will be reports from all the committee's on what has and is happening in the CCPFHA.
- To ratify the new President, Vice President, and a new board member.
- To introduce a new Policy #003 dated January, 2013
- Also, to rule on the new wording of an existing rule in the clubs 'Rules and Regulations'.

MONO CLIFFS TRAIL RIDE
Meet at the Mono Cliffs Provincial Park parking lot at 10 am, ride leaves at 10:30 am. 3rd Line EHS, Mono, Ontario. Please bring change for the parking machine. $5. Mono Cliffs is 2000 acres of challenging trails, with rocks, cliffs, fields and lakes. Bring a bag lunch and we will stop on the trail.

"Getting Ready to Show"
Date: Saturday May 18th, 2013

Location: Forest Gait Farm, Fergus, ON, 519-787-2909
Format: Participants split in 2 groups and worked with together. Opportunity to see what is called for in a class and how your horse will handle company in the ring. Find out what classes you should show in, what to wear, what tack to use, what happens in the classes, what you and your horse need to succeed and lots more. Limited number of rider spots so reserve yours soonest.
RSVP by April 12th, after that date will be open to non-club members if riding spots still available. Bonus: Special help will be available to fill out your show registration forms. bring your paperwork and we will walk you through it. Also, no late registration fee will be charged to clinic attendees and participants if they enter show that weekend.
Lunch: you can brown bag it or there will be pizza and drinks available for purchase.
Cost: for horse and riders: members $60/day, juniors $40/day, non-members $80/day for auditors: members $20/day, juniors $15/day, non-members $25/day

PALGRAVE TRAIL RIDE
Meet at the Finnerty Sideroad, Caledon, parking lot of the Palgrave Forest and Wildlife Area at 10 am, ride leaves at 10:30 am.. There are 300 hectares of trails, sand, hills and forests. Bring a bag lunch and we will stop on the trail.

Equi-Cana is starting on June 15th, 2013. Series of 3 shows for a Canadian Championship Title for the Tennessee Walking Horse and the Spotted Saddle Horse. All gaited and non-gaited breeds are welcome to show for the afternoon Fun Show with barrel racing, pole bending, water glass race, egg stomp and much more! Official walking classes starts the event in the morning with TWHBEA, SSHBEA & NSSHA registered horse show. Call Tina Hurd 705-896-6521 for details. Early bird entry for great door prizes!!

A Clinic for all Paso Fino Riders
July 20-21st weekend from 9am each day. We have managed to arrange for two of the most up and coming (and already there), people in our breed today to come and visit us from the States for this event. This is a Paso Fino clinic on 'How to get the best from your Paso Fino' and any other questions you may have about your horse or this breed. These are the people who will have the answers for you. Whether you have a show horse or are an amateur rider who trail rides, these trainers are dedicated and second to none in trouble shooting with behaviour problems or gait. CCPFHA Annual General Meeting and Elections

As we all know the daily workings of any club take dedicated volunteers to keep it going. This club happens to be very lucky in having some exceptional people who are devoted to this breed.
